Roadmap
The roadmap is deliberately short and execution-focused. The product, the operator agent, the custody stack and the platform are already built — the remaining milestone before listing is to close the Seed round.
Where we are now: the finish line. Everything except the final raise is done. We are running a community last call to close the Seed round — every purchase gets +10% bonus $YLDX, and all Seed buyers (previous and new) earn 89% APR until listing. This bonus exists only because we are at the finish, not as an ongoing promotion.
Phase 1 — Capital raise (active)
- Angel → Pre-Seed → Seed (live) → public rounds, at ascending prices ($0.01 → $0.20).
- 819 unique backers · $3.35M raised · ~164M YLDX recorded on-chain (verifiable — see Funding rounds).
- Allocations vest by round per the tokenomics; backers hold SYLDX until listing.
- Last call: +10% bonus on every purchase, 89% APR until listing, to close Seed quickly.
Phase 2 — TGE & Listing (Q4 2026)
- YLDX listing at $0.20 (FDV $200M); Seed → listing = 4×.
- SYLDX redeems 1:1 for YLDX; vesting unlocks begin (e.g. 15% at TGE, then linear).
- Claim, staking and DAO governance go live in the platform.
- Final reconciliation of all rounds is published once Seed closes.
Phase 3 — Dividends & scale (post-listing)
- Four live indices earning (Stable 30% · Coin 35% · DEX 85% · RWA ~104% target APYs).
- 25% performance fee → 100% to holders (90% dividends + 10% buy-back) — see Rewards.
- Target fair value $1.00 at institutional-grade 20% dividend yield (see the fair-price model).
- Expansion: more indices, broader cross-chain coverage, DAO-led strategy tuning and white-label deployments.
